Returns/Exchanges

All Returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions: *

Returns must be postmarked within 10 days from delivery of your order. The merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with labels intact.

ALL UNDERWEAR AND SWIMWEAR are excluded from our general return policy. Any underwear or swimwear returned to us will be discarded and NO refunds or exchanges will be issued, regardless of condition or packaging! No exceptions.

Return is accepted only for damage found during delivery, or size exchange. Style change request will not be accepted unless required size is out of stock. Please write to cs@ai-doss.com to check first before attempt to return shipping.

Returns must be reached our office within 14 days from the date we receive your payment slip email. If you have not received your order within 7 days please contact us immediately. Any return garment must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with labels intact and Pistol Pete hard tag attached to the garment as original.

Return shipping charge will be borne by customer, however, we provide resend shipping free of charge.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE! If you purchase something on sales, style exchange due to out of stock will be limited to other sales items only. Please keep that in mind before ordering sale items.
